I have tiwtren and re tiwtren this answer 3 times! The short answer is Yes! However the more complex answer is yes, but with a few conditions.I doubt my faith. Constantly. I think every Christian does at times. I however do it everyday. I worry that I only say I believe because I dont want to end up in Hell eventually, or be punished in this life and have things taken away from me like my Children. So I pray, and tell people that I am a Christain (but only if asked) and say that there is a God. Which I do believe that there is! If your with me so far!I also think that the Church cashes in on people who feel exactly like me. Wanting to have that unshakeable faith, but somehow falling short of the mark. So I propose that this question and blog is never going to be honestly answered as everyone is always in a state of limbo. The non belivers that proclaim there is no God secretly believe that there is and the Christians secretly believe that there isnt (at soem point) But thats what faith is I suppose. I just need it proving to me first. If the question was, did we arrive at this point in the whole universe by chance or did a supreme being put us here, than I would say that God did, as faith works for everything and Science hasnt proved to me that we are a random chance OR that God doesnt exist.If that answers the original question, or to refresh. If you go to a shop and ask the artists if they can esidgn something, they can usually do it. If not, find another shop (there are some in my town that make you pick from their books lame, right?)The place I go to has info sheets that take down your info and then leave space for them to do some rough sketches with you there .then if they get it right you can get it inked, or they call back when they have some good pics for you, and you can come in and decide which one you like, or tweak it from there until they get just what you want. I'm sure there are many places like this. The only thing is, this way I always have to tip a lot bigger than if I brought my own pictures or wanted text Otherwise if you have an artistic friend or family member that would be my preference. Mainly because my friends and family can understand better what I mean when I describe wanting Clouds like in Mulan and then a swirly thing just around the trunk of the tree LoL or whatever, if it's something hard to describe Anyway, most of these people at tattoo shops are artists, so they should have the skill to get you just what you want. You did not work on it, or can't do it.I work in the US for 5 years and back and work in a world class Ads agency in Thailand. I have seen and works on a lot of stuff. I agree Thai polpee and AE care too much about stylize. I make me sick everyday I hear their comment. They have not idea about design fundamental. Totally opposite when I work in the US, they strongly care about design principle no matter what projects are. All Typography are well structure, never let any un-editing work out to clint hand, because it show how civilize they are as a real professional not a student work.

For me, weight amnitenance, while not a struggle, requires a routine. I do not work out. I hate exercise. I do however walk to where I need to go when necessary, consume a food group rich with protein, ie: fish, eggs, cottage cheese, lo sugar non fat yogurt,whole grain breads, baked potatoes, green leafy veggies, turnips, mustard's, collard, lean beef, occasional pork steak, asian veggies, green peppers stuffed with lean hamburger brown rice, flavored with garlic, salt and pepper, and baked with tomato sauce, cabbage rolls stuffed with the same meat/rice combo. Shishkabobs are fun, easy to make, I love sliced tomatoes, and raw fruit. I have been maintaining my weight of 130# for years with little difficulty. I avoid ice creams, most sweets, but do indulge in an occasional donut. Anyone can do this. Rationalization is not acceptable. Oh, and a light beer or two once a week.

I wish you had posted your peesrnt workout plan, but I can give you some tips to get you too the next phase of fitness.If you can do LISS(low intensity steady state), early morning easy walking, even on a treadmill for 40mins on an empty stomach, you will burn fat, while holding onto your LBM(lean body mass), which is the key for you to burning fat. Always remember, if you do cardio and weights correctly, you will hold onto LBM, so you can burn fat. If you do things like run on a day you lift weights, you will burn up muscle, a no no, so always choose LISS early morning and 20mins after weights. If you want to run, or do run intervals,only run on days you don't lift weights ..so again, you hold onto muscle.For meals, you should be eating 5-6meals per day, protein/carbs/healthy fats(I wonder why you cut out complex carbs?) They are what supports energy building for LBM, along with protein and healthy fats ..so you boost your metabolism all day. You need to have the proper ratios to support LBM. Eat things like lean steak, grilled chicken breast, tuna, 1-yolk with 2 whites, toast, oatmeal, potatoes, cheerios, olive oil lightly drizzeled over your salad, 4 walnuts, danon light yogurt .with these choices, you can form 5-6 small meals or 2 as snacks easily!If you can eat properly to support LBM, and ignore the scale weight, you will look terrific! The above are some of the rules and tips I use for my clients for success! With all my clients, they learn that the scale moves slowly or not at all, or sometimes they gain, but that is because their muscle to fat ratio is so high, and muscle weighs more, but they lose inches and feel great, and need to buy new clothes!I hope this helps!
